Pizza Hut

I had a problem with billing on an order placed from the Pizza Hut app. I tried getting help from Pizza Hut’s corporate number with no success. I was able to get in contact with Shahid who helped me resolve everything. He was very polite and took time to get it all resolved. Thank you very much! Pizza Hut is my favorite :) and 5-Star Customer Satisfaction. I appreciate your time used to help me.

Didn’t get my food

PLEASE DON’T EVER GO HERE!! SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! YOU WILL ORDER SOMETHING OVER THE PHONE WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. BUT THEY WON’T HAVE WHAT YOU ORDERED (PERSONAL PAN CRUST) WILL NOT CALL AND TELL YOU! TAKE IT UPON THEIR SELVES TO SUBSTITUTE IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL OR LIKING.. IF IT WOULDN’T HAVE BEEN FOR THE DOOR DASH DELIVERY GIRL I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN!!!! THE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR FOOD NASTY STAFF WITH NASTY ATTITUDES!!!!! STAY AWAY

Called three times to place a big order for the next day and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes each time, never coming back on to take my order. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

The food was icky and my cinnamon sticks weren’t cut had to eat it like a starving animal. Never going back there again.

Sin duda las pizzas son buenas, lo contrario a las instalaciones son viejas y sucias, falta mas atencion al edificio y mobiliario, la atencion deja mucho que desear, las personas que ahi trabajan lo hacen solo por cumplir algunas horas de trabajo a la semana, creo que deberian esforzarse un poco mas

Had me waiting 2 hours ‼️I ordered a pizzas from this location don’t received it the manager was rude and hung up in my face and told me the door dish driver said don’t want the pizzas it’s really ratchet the manager was blk DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL

Found hair in my pizza got the family box been on hold for 11min still won’t pick up so I had to leave this instead it’s a shame wanted Pizza Hut didn’t know they had these many bad reviews

Always order comes incomplete be careful check your food
