Pizza came upside down

I just love the daytime service here. My pizza is always fresh and delicious. I don't know the lady at the desk name, but she can move. She answering calls, helping her team, assisting customers, taking orders, moving the line quickly and cutting pizza. I don't go after 4 when she isn't there or during the days she isn't.

When I realized my online order did not include the pepperoni, I called the store and the employee who took my call told me my order just came out of the oven but they would re-do it to add the pepperoni. I received my order including the pepperoni not long after my call.

12/12/2023. About 1:50 pm. Just pick up order and try to eat in a car. Not even Hot so disappointed and try to go back inside she doesn't care about it She said you already take outside. End up she put it back in the oven for me but still no good Don't want to come back here no more.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered at 9:49 pm, my delivery was expected at 10:19. My order didn't arrive til after 11 pm which by then the store wasn't answering or open. I called several times
