They had an issue where all the orders that morning had been cancelled. They were upfront, honest, and professional about what had happened. They put a rush on my order and gave me a couple of dollars off for the inconvenience. The way they handled the situation deserves more than 5 stars.

The food is always on point! The atmosphere was just ok.

The service is slow and it seems too dark in the restaurant. The food is ok. This one I went to this time is no dine-in pick up and delivery only. If you want condiments you have to pay for them, they're in small jars. No more free small packets.
