This new, casual restaurant is a retro celebration, deeply inspired by Serafina co-founders Fabio Granato and Vittorio Assaf’s core American pop-culture memories from their childhood growing up in Italy. Brightly colored geometric Googie-style interiors are the vibrant background to the American menu, with a focus on the classic American Pizza style by the slice and whole pies, elevated with their pioneering pre-fermented dough, along with nostalgic Americana pastas, heroes, salads, and more.
