We ducked in here on a whim to escape torrential rain. They got my pizza wrong & our server was very dismissive about it, and carried on clearing tables instead of rectifying it. I had to ask the very helpful manager to sort it but my daughter had finished by the time my correct order arrived. 2 pizzas, 1 portion of doughballs, 1 portion of sorbet & a drink each came to £63 which is a bit steep! Nice pizza but not worth the hassle nor the cost.
Meeting and greeting (Asian) lady was extremely rude and made us very unhappy. All you need is to smile, dear madame. Waiting too much for a simple table in a half empty restaurant wouldn’t hurt that much if you had done so. Visit time: 9 April 2024, 19.20
Thank you very much for the good food, I literally got poisoned and started puking. Never going to this chain again in my life.
Great food quality and staff. Nice location
The "lady" in the front desk is very rude. Avoid that place unless you have no other choice
Staff that greeted us went out of their way to find us a table for nine people with a child and an adult on a wheel chair. Waitress who assisted us was also vey helpful and anticipating to our needs. We ordered pizzas that were bigger than the plate so tasty and delicious. Can't recommend more this place :) Kid-friendliness: They had crayons available and gave us a paper hat and a booklet for children to keep them entertained and distracted. Very successful for the 4 years old in our table enjoyed a lot drawing, colouring and writing, that kept it and take it home like a treasure! Wheelchair accessibility: Staff made the most of it to find a table for us without a booking and make us feel comfortable in the restaurant!
Food quite bland and not very warm . Bruschetta very doughy ang topping seemed to be from frozen. Pizza was OK but overall not for the price .
