Pinot Noir from 60-year-old vines.
These are living soils, maintained without chemicals or weedkillers, only phyto-therapy. Harvesting is done by hand to respect the grapes and preserve the indigenous yeasts. Vinification: whole bunches, no additives, carbonic maceration, 10 months of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. No filtration, and no added sulphur.
Pale shade of red in the glass, it is gently perfumed with wild strawberry, stones and rose. Featherweight on the palate, this is as pure, energetic and original an expression of the grape as you will find.
