PIXCA originally comes from the ancient Mayan language refers to the word harvest. Much like the harvest, we keep our menu seasonal. Our chefs create new menus every season of the year, along with weekly specials to match the new season's produce. Our dream was always to have a restaurant where we could cook with what's available and without having to waste. We started working with local farms about 6 years ago in multiple different restaurants but always dreamed of having our own. All this time we have been building our relationships with our local farmers and finally, we are now able to offer beautiful dishes using the freshest of ingredients and always with a smile on our faces. Because if our customers are happy, we too, are happy.
