Pita Jungle

I tried to call in my order since the online ordering was not clear and rather confusing to navigate. I wanted the lavish chicken schwarma wrap which wasn’t listed. I called and it rang and the system said the customer isn’t accepting calls right now so I then had to order online. My order of course was not what I wanted. It’s too bad no one could pick up the phone.

Great healthy Mediterranean menu selections. Large portions. Quality ingredients

I ordered the chicken gyro and was disappointed to find the lettuce was spoiled and the pita was soggy. On the plus side, the chicken had good flavor, but I’m unlikely to return.

Ordered online. Picked up my order tipped the staff. Got home and I was as missing one item. This is the second time this has happened. Tired of tipping staff for crap service. Done ordering from this location. Staff could have cared less when I called that I actually did not get my item.

Alyssa was such a help, there was a short wait for food cause they were quite busy on a Friday evening but she was fast and got our food to us quickly as possible.

Been here Many times. The chicken dish used to be great. This time, it was changed and drowned in diced tomotoes. It was crazy how many were added. Even the waitress was surprised. I will go back but never order that dish

Was the Long Island the best I’ve ever had? No. (Though it did do it’s job). HOWEVER, Gwen was the shining light of a Friday night and was so above and beyond what I could ever expect from a server on a busy evening from her friendliness to her service and good recommendations that I have no words. I walked in from a sucky day at work and she and their PHENOMENAL Carrot Cake turned that around. I would come back just for the positivity Gwen emitted like a ray of sunshine.

I actually cannot review the food because I was only picking up for a DoorDash delivery (but it was probably a 5 star meal). I was made to wait an extremely long time (15-20 minutes) despite there being very few customers inside the store. I was then given 2 bags of food, but not the drinks. While waiting for the drinks, a server came and took back my 2 bags of food in order to "check this." It seems someone put a food item in the bag that went to another order. They took that item out and then returned the bags to me. I waited a bit longer for the drinks, and then those finally were brought to me. I think the employees need to be better trained, perhaps? I can't imagine how that restaurant runs when there are actually lots of customers!😳

My daughter wanted me to tell Adan he did an awesome job and the food was delicious 😋
