Pisanello's Pizza

I would give the food a five star, but I ordered a large pepperoni pizza went to eat a piece and when I pulled my pizza up, it had an onion on the bottom of it. I didn’t ask for onions. Second, I would give the service a good rating, but a gentleman had to help me as a woman I should say young woman, who is in the back on her cell phone with her feet up on the table or whatever the hell her feet were on a counter or some thing on her phone with earbuds in not listening to the door at all and another lady had walked up and said I was standing at the counter and she asked where at and she said up at the counter and then the other girl they had her feet up on the counter, then proceeded to say I didn’t even know anybody walked in well for that you should be watching instead of being on your phone you should be listening instead of having earbuds in. Third, I told her on the phone my name was Leslie I even spelled it out for her, but obviously she was not listening and put Wesley on my ticket. Then when I called just a minute ago, some snobby girl wanna answer and tell me were on unused boxes that the girls feet were up on. I asked if I could speak to a manager. She did not tell me her name when she answered the phone nor did she tell me her name when I asked for a manager, and then proceeded to get rude with me asked me if I wanted my pizza remade and I’m just gonna call tomorrow because obviously somethings gotta be done, and there’s gotta be a different “manager “other than her. Then I proceeded to ask her why she didn’t say anything to the young lady that had her feet up on the “unused”boxes that aren’t being used and she said OK. OK what she shouldn’t have her feet up on boxes nor should be on the phone while there’s customers in the lobby. That’s Unsanitary.

The pizzas great, actually my favorite pizza in town, but depending who you make your order with is how high or low the pricing is for some reason. I ordered a pizza a week ago and it was 24.90 and just ordered the same pizza and it's 29.33. I don't understand how the same pizza has such a different price. This has happened several times so this isn't the first time the price has went up then back down then up again.

Ordered delivery for lunch as I was doing some work in town, and they got it to us quicker than their estimated time. The pizza itself was delicious (we got a deluxe), and the garlic cheese "pizza" was really good as well. The crust is really tasty and has decent structure to it, the sauce is a savory one that I really like, and the cheese blend is really good as well. I would definitely order from them again!

This was our first time eating there and love the food and the flat cheese bread so good great food and nice place to eat and lane who works there is so nice we will be back love the cheesy bread Parking: It was close to the building

Excellent pizzas period. They got 3 pies ready in 20 mins I miss the pizza buffet which is gone since 2020/covid and hasn't returned. On atmosphere when I was a kid there was a multi Nintendo machine that ran timed runs of Nintendo games x however many quarters. I sure wish they had something similar or a Nintendo NES with a game a week ect. But that's down to personal waxing to the past.

Great place , local pizzeria that is family friendly. Pizza is definitely good.
