Super busy on the weekends and can be overwhelming for people looking for a chill night out. Duckpin is a very fun alternative to bowling! Service can be slow due to the amount of people wanting drinks/food/etc

This is the most inconsiderate business. We chose to withdraw from their bowling league because they gave one of our players grief for bringing a water bottle in. We were over halfway through our game when we were pleasantly surprised with an email (god forbid they couldn't tell us face-to-face) stating our game would not count. Please let me remind this was only because one of our players brought a water bottle (with water in it) in the premises. They wanted the player to take their water bottle back to their car, even though parking is not right outside their building. It’s at least a 5-10 minute walk. This player has a medical condition that requires them to have a water on hand at all times. We understand people take advantage of the outside beverage policy, but there should be no excuse to jeopardize someone’s health. We are very disappointed and we will never support Pins and their associated businesses ever again.
