From the spicy sopprassatta of Calabria to the the porcini of Toscano and the pesto of Liguria. Pino started in the family rosticceria and has been the chef for celebrities, personalities and dignitaries. Pino is passionate about classic, simple, traditional Italian cooking - just like Mamma makes.
