Pines of Rome

My little sister and I came in last minute to get some takeaway and the staff were super nice and amiable, and my sister was delighted to see she had been given slice of cake along with her spaghetti--a dessert we hadn't even asked for. Made her night for sure. Thanks so much!

Most consistent food from a restaurant for decades. The white pizza is the best there is, hands down. Their sausage is also spectacular and their pasta dishes have tasted the same since I went there as a kid in the 80s. It's worth it every time. The prices have gone up but the dishes remain the same.

Peperoni pizza and garlic spaghetti were great! Best pizza I've had in all the DMV area. I live in VA and would definitely make the drive to come here again.

Came for my mother in law birthday dinner We arrived at 8:30 to a fairly empty restaurant and we're advised the kitchen was closing soon I rarely review, but so unimpressed with the food and quality of flavor. None I'm my party liked their meal We ordered the Lasagna, chicken Alfredo and seafood pasta with white sauce. Chicken Alfredo was the best of the bunch. The lasagna tomato sauce was not flavored and a bit bitter. That cheese, ricotta-ness you wish for in the dish wasn't there The seafood dish was with white wine and butter maybe, with salt needed, the flavor of the sauce was lacking . Happy always for simple flavors, but just tasted like the food wasn't made with love

This place is a joke all around. Bad atmosphere, terrible service, worse food. I’ve never been to a worse restaurant in my life. The server was a horrible rude human being. No hello, just said to us “drinks?”asked for cheese on the salad and he said “I all ready brought you cheese in a plastic cup.” I said yes but I would like mozzarella on it. He said “no, we don’t have mozzarella and we don’t do that.” Then our salad came with 12oz of dressing see picture, w no cheese. Then our pizza came which had mozzarella cheese on it……hmmmmmmm. It was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. I could not even have a second bite. Save yourself some time money and a headache.

Best white pizza in Maryland, been ienjoying for 50 years.
