Imperial Campfire Stout // 11% - Brewed in collaboration with our good friends, Nortons Brewing Company out of Wichita, KS, this thicc-bodied imperial stout came out of its extended boil boasting notes of lightly smoked pecan wood, candied dark cherries, and spiked hot chocolate. At 11%, it's not for the faint of heart; but its clean, roast-y finish will have you courageously coming back for more.

Brewer's Kitchen // Hazy Hybrid IPA // 6.9% - Co-fermen-whaaaa? Faults in Blue is an experimentation in duality. Named for oceanic magma cracking through the seabed; this beer is built and hopped like the most beloved of styles (Hazy IPA), yet receives a secondary fermentation with Omega Yeast's Gulo. This hybrid yeast, when added at a point of biotransformation, attenuates the beer lower and transforms the body into a dry, peppery, and almost champagne-like saison. Enjoy the cognitive dissonance of a juicy, passionfruit-guava aroma and a clean, Brut finish. We all contain multitudes.

Tart and quenching with a lovely rosé color, Schisandra Berry is an adaptogenic elixir crafted from a single ingredient: forest grown schisandra berry. Roasted dandelion root and a unique variety of ginger prized for its pungency, aroma and spiciness are craft brewed and combined with red chili and tonic herbs. We combine our direct trade, heirloom variety black tea from the high mountain forests of the Golden Triangle in Southeast Asia with zesty and floral California lemons and tangy, aromatic blackened lemons grown in the jungles of central Guatemala. The shade-grown Japanese green tea used to make matcha is cold brewed and infused with sweet wormwood, green shiso, and a hint of chrysanthemum blossoms to create a smooth, sophisticated take on sparkling green tea. Contains Caffeine.
