We are a small Polish restaurant serving pierogi hand made everyday, on site, in front of you (we don't even own a freezer:)) We offer 3 classic Polish flavors of dumplings plus a few other traditional Polish dishes. At PIEROGI BOYS, we use traditional recipes inherited from our grandmothers in Poland. We use GMO-free, unbleached flour from Vermont, local produce when available, cage-free eggs. Our meats are humanely-raised and hormone-free. Smacznego! (That’s “Enjoy!” in Polish)
