The poor girl who was working totally alone was very nice but it’s super problematic when her management team doesn’t let them prep ingredients. They were out of chicken, ham, and pineapple just to name a few. We waited over 30 minutes from when we walked in to when we had pizza and then even longer for our cheese bread. I recognize that the fact that they don’t have ingredients is a choice likely of the manager or franchisee but my family will not be coming back to this Pieology. We will drive further for a better experience and I’m certain many others will too if management continues to cut corners and sacrifice the guest experience.

I ordered a pizza online and arrived at the estimated time. I was then told my pizza was not made yet. I had to wait 30 mins more for it to be ready! I was told online orders are second to customers serviced in the person. The location was very busy, so should have more than 2 people working!
Burnt crust and terrible garlic bread
This is by far the nastiest pizza I’ve ever tasted. I get the same one at MODS and it’s delicious but they closed down (Eastvale location) so i decided to get this place. The service was good but the pizza isn’t it i will not be back nor do i recommend

We had a party of 8 come in and Josh I must say if I could I'd give him 10 stars for customer service he made sure all of us were taken care of from how we wanted the pizzas if we needed any sauces on the pizza and on the side and he even came to our table and checked on us his energy was very upbeat and I needed some cheering up after receiving some bad news he made my day a little better he's definitely manager material ....I couldn't even give him a review with the qr code because whoever printed it didn't do it correctly the qr code wouldn't scan as it wasn't printed correctly I let Josh know I would go to the website myself and do a review because that's how amazing his customer service was I definitely will be back here I just hope he's working when I do ....keep up the great work Josh 💪 🙌 👏 🙏
Used to be good, twice now my pizza overdone first time they remade me another one this time I just took it won't be back

I brought my granddaughters here for dinner on a Monday night and found the place empty… should have been first red flag. My granddaughters have never been to a place like this and I was expecting the guy behind the counter to explain to the girls how it works and talk to them and help them build a pizza. Instead I got someone who pretty much wouldn’t talk I had to do all the explaining and everything was covered so you couldn’t see the choices. The worse customer service. Wouldn’t come back.
The ingredients were fresh and the service was great. The staff really impressed me with how friendly and attentive they were.
Love pieology. Always a great pizza made on the moment the way you want it. Great service. Prices are reasonable.
The waiting was ridiculously long, with very few patrons in the restaurant. The pizza itself was mid. I'm going back to blaze pizza.
