It's really depressing pieology changed their crust recipe to that type of dog water crust that feels and tastes like there is gravel stuck to the bottom of it. It's honestly really bad now. I'm guessing they did it to save money in this economy. Aside from that this location specifically is bad. They never have your order ready on time, usually when I arrive to pick it up nobody has even bothered to check the new orders that have come through so they start cooking it the second I get there and it takes 30 minutes. They are always out of almost every drink in their machine and the ice is broken as well. They get annoyed at you when you ask for anything... I used to go here all the time but I am definitely over it now. It's too bad because it used to be one of the best pizzas you could get from a chain. Oh well...
During our visit at Pieology, I couldn't help but observe a disconcerting disregard for hygiene and handwashing protocols, a crucial aspect in any food establishment. Now, shifting our focus to the pizzas, the initial excitement surrounding the new dough recipe began to wane. Although the pizzas looked good, the crust, touted as an improvement, unfortunately failed to meet expectations. Its flavor profile was underwhelming, lacking the distinctive taste one would hope for. Moreover, the texture posed a problem – it was disappointingly limp, and as we progressed through the meal, a subtle sogginess emerged, detracting from the overall enjoyment of the dining experience. This compounded with the observed managerial issues, including the presumed manager's lack of expertise and the general manager's distracting phone usage while handling our food, paints a less than favorable picture of the establishment's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. In addition to the aforementioned concerns, it's worth noting a conspicuous absence of nametags among the staff. The presumed manager, lacking both a nametag and evident expertise, contributed to an atmosphere of uncertainty. This absence of basic identification further added to the overall impression of a lack of attention to detail and professionalism within the establishment.
Lilly has great customer service, and the custom pizza I ordered was delicious.
The manager, Lillian, was unprofessional. I looked inside the container . I asked if you have chicken? She replied yes ,then proceeded to scrape the crumbs instead of asking for a fresh container of chicken. She tore one leaf of spinach into 5 pieces.. Really
