Love that this place has GF crust options. We visited recently while in town, and I'm so sad there are no locations where I live, because this would be a go-to place for me. The service was outstanding, the food was hot and delicious, and even though I was overwhelmed by choices, I love the ability to customize flavors and toppings. Bonus points for being open late too! Can't recommend this place enough. It can be a little spendy, but it's worth it!

I was staying at the Hilton across the way from Pieology and never had their pizza before. I ordered through Grubhub and never got my order. The person who delivered (Grubhub driver) actually stole it. Hilton guess services called to see if the pizza could be replaced and Pieology replaced the pizza, reported the person who never delivered the pizza, AND the pizza was delicious. I would order here again!!!

food is amazing, would recommend!!!! the lady who made my food was amazing!!! they were super fast and we waited for like 10 seconds it was hot and delicious. they put whatever i wanted on the pie!

I have been to this location twice. The first time was great, staff were friendly, and food was good. Prices were higher than Blaze, which is 10 minutes down the road, but they also had a couple of vegan meat options for my wife. The second time, the service was not good and the worker helping us seemed as if she couldn’t be bothered. In fact, when I asked for a small side of BBQ sauce, I was told this would be an additional charge (FYI - it is not a sauce that is charged extra per the menu). Overall, since this is on the way to WDW, I will just go to Blaze in the future-more bang for the buck and more consistent service.

I'm biased because I'm from NY. Pieology isn't bad tasting and I enjoyed my chicken bacon ranch with added olives and banana peppers. Just don't in expecting a traditional pizza. As someone else mentioned it's more like a pita pizza. The crust doesn't get real crispy because the dough isn't manually stretched but rather squished in a big press. That makes it dense. And the conveyor belt oven is not as good as a stone bottom pizza oven. Overall this is the subway sandwich version of pizza.

We ordered the cauliflower crust pizza, wings, and dessert. Everything was so delicious and fresh. I have never had Nutella pizza before, and it is delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant

Found online in advance of our hotel check in and based on reviews, we planned to order pizza for pick up after checkin. The restaurant service was friendly and attentive on our arrival even though we had a short wait beyond the online ready time. No big deal. The pizza tasted good but the amount of toppings was very subpar. Cheese didn’t go to edge. I ordered a pepperoni pizza that had 10-12 pepperonis. I added Gorgonzola cheese in addition to the mozzarella and there was hardly any. I tasted it on 2 pieces. In the end we were disappointed and would not recommend.

Joel single handedly made my night. What a real one. The dessert pizza was delicious and we ate every last crumb :)
