WE ARE ON VACATION - SEPT 2 TO SEPT 30 Neapolitan pizza originated in Naples, Italy and is only made with simple, fresh ingredients. Our dough is hand tossed using italian Caputo "00" flour. It is cooked at a high temperature, the crust is thin, crispy and be charred in spots. The Fresh Mozzarella, we use 100% whole milk “Fior di Latte” that has a rich, silky and creamy texture. Our pizza sauce is made using only SAN MARZANO TOMATOES DOP. Enjoy pizza the way is meant to be.
