Pie Daddy has been in operation since 2015. We do Events & Festivals from small gatherings to 60,000+ people in attendance. We create a wonderful Fusion of Trinidadian & American Delicacies. We offer a new twist to Caribbean Food. My specialty mix of Trinidadian Herbs & Spices creates an amazing taste profile that is quite unique. All of our Specialty Food is made from scratch using fresh fruits and vegetables. Our Signature Dish is our Trinidadian Fried Pies, Delicious Tropical Sauces & Scrumptious Delicacies such as Pineapple Chicken, Island Beef, Chick Pea & Potato Curry, Cajun Red Beans & Rice,Trinidadian Fish Puppies, Trini Mahi-Mahi, Trini Doubles & Pie Daddy’s Doughnuts! Our offerings also include vegan & vegetarian dishes.
