Paid a lot of money to feed 5 people the food sucked service was horrible we all got food poisoning

The online ordering service here is atrocious. I've come here for sit down dinners a lot and never had much issues. I've also been to a lot of pick up stix and ordered online. So I think it's safe to say that the service I had with, and others had by other reviews, the mobile ordering at this store was bad. Took about 10 minutes to get the food that was done at 6pm. Although my food was done the entire time I was inside, it was impossible to get the staffs attention to get the food. I made eye contact with multiple staff while I was standing at the counter. Eventually I noticed that got the food, but turns out they messed up my order and gave me the wrong food, but after I got home. I wouldn't recommend anyone use the online ordering at this store. It would probably be quicker to just order in store and wait for it.

This place needs to change the name to, "Pick Up Sh#t." We just had the drunkin noodle for the first time. It was the WORST noodle anything I've ever had. 1. Noodles felt and tasted a week old or were made from plastic ingredients from China we're warned about. Dry as the Mojave Desert; and 2. Absolutely no flavor except for the one piece of basal. WARNING: Do not waste one dime on this dish. If I received a free coupon for it, I would not waste my gas to get it.

Yo vivo en Downey y hace unos meses estuve en el restaurante de ahí y me atendió un joven que se llama Jorge Ruelas, el me atendió de una manera excelente, fue muy atento y amable, y resultó que el día viernes estaba en la ciudad de Camarillo y fui a comer al restaurante de ahí y casualmente ese mismo joven me atendió, mis respetos para ese joven, trasmite confianza y es muy bueno en su trabajo, porque además de cocinar, también atiende la registradora, es un excelente empleado, no se si es manager, pero gente como el no hay muchos.
