The food was awesome! We always stop at Phil's when we are in the falls. Good amount of food for money! You hardly ever have to wait for a seat( unlike their neighbors-flying saucer) You must stop here for some breaky!

Good, inexpensive breakfast, hard to find nowadays...

The food is great, especially when it is busy inside, everything is hot and fresh. Portion sizes are a little smaller than competitive breakfast joints in the city, but the price also reflects the smaller sized portions so it is very fair. The service is always great, and even when there is a lineup on the weekends, the staff does a great job at seating you in a reasonable amount of time. Wheelchair accessibility: The whole building is on one level, no stairs or ramps even, very good for wheelchairs or walkers.
