I don’t know what it is, but I always feel so hungry around midnight, and there would be either no spot open late, or there would be just eatable food. So here it is, I guess I can use the Quote from Thanos: “fine, Ill do it myself” At Pho Viet Anh, you won’t find yourself any symptoms such as migraine, thirsty, drowsy etc due to the heavy use of MSG. I eat my pho everyday and I have very low tolerance of the magic powder. At Pho Viet Anh, there is no perfect dish. We believe that we can create a close-to-perfect dish by listening to customers feedbacks, a dish that makes sense to the chef, me, and to you, visitors.
