Pho Thinh

Google maps says the location is open. Their website says they're open. I ordered food online and was given a pickup time. When I arrived, they were closed, their phone # goes to a full mailbox. Now I'm going to have to deal with my bank to dispute the charge for food that I didn't receive. Completely unprofessional.

I came in with some friends to get some pho soup. I enjoyed the meal I had. I had the beef pho number 15 on the menu, and I really liked it .

My friend used to work there. she told my wife and I how messy, disgusting, dirty the backroom was. there were mice in the kitchen and outside the backdoor. The owner is very cheap and allow them to use a certain number of towels every week, We are living in times that health and sanitation are of utmost concern, I no longer feel comfortable to eat there and I also advised my family and friends not to go there.

When I lived in Spokane, this was my go-to spot. Small family owned restaurant, food is consistently delicious, and the owner always put a smile on my face. Great pho spot.

Beware this place is currently not supposed to be operating. Health department shut them down very recently and aren’t supposed to be operating!!!!! reports of food poisoning are beginning to flood in. Mold and mice !!!!! I don’t think I need to explain any further.

First time there last night and we had the WORST experience. Picked up an order of Pho which was shared between me and my girlfriend. We both got SEVERE food poisoning, the worst food poisoning we have ever experience. The chicken seemed kinda funny so I hope it wasn't due to old or undercooked chicken? But the poisoning was so bad, we were up literally all night throwing up every 10 minutes. It's now going on 6pm the next day and we still feel crappy. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen, you guys need to be more careful with what you serve out

Had to go to the ER three days ago and I'm still not completely better 3/16/24! For 12 hours my significant other and I had to take care of our 3yrd old while projectilling from both ends! Luckily we didn't feed our kid any of the Pho or else he probably would have died. Worse food poisoning we've ever had and literally thought I wasn't going to make it with me only having one kidney. So lethargic the doctors had to give me double the fluids and send me out with prescriptions for the ongoing pain and nausea. Don't go here unless you want to miss work and pay for a hospital stay, maybe worse!

This is the ONLY Asian restaurant that doesn’t mistreat me whether it be racial or verbal abuse or just flat out biased discrimination. They’re always pleasant and I just want to take a moment to acknowledge them for being decent human beings toward me as a delivery driver. I appreciate the warm welcomes and positive energy this location holds as well as it’s staff. Thank you
