Don’t order their rice. They’ll give you very little rice and make you have order another bowl of rice with about 2 dollars.
As a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, I was excited to try the fresh spring rolls at Pho Saigon Pearl. However, my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the rolls lacked freshness. The overall taste was bland and uninspired, with no discernible flavors. Their lack of attentiveness, indifference to customer needs, and unprofessional behavior were utterly unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining here to think twice and choose a restaurant where the staff actually cares about their customers. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that creating a pleasant dining atmosphere was not a priority.
Food is awesome though a bit bland, service is awesome. Recommend their signature egg rolls listed on top of the appetizer menu.
Their Bahn Mi did not make me want to come back.
Very mediocre pho and more expensive than most pho restaurants.
Pho is good. Fried calamari needs to be either taken off the menu or renamed to "ice cold squid onion ring"
Disgusting! I ordered pho yesterday and it came with moldy onions. Informed the waiter who took it back. Didn’t remake or comp us. Save yourself the illness and stay far away from here. I only wish I took a picture before sending it back. Also ordered the spring rolls and the wrapper was very tough and hard to chew. Parking: Close to the parking structure that offers valet and self parking.
Got pho (to go) after a long day with kids. Fast service. The food was delicious. Will be back.
