These are the best egg rolls in town hands down. Service is always extremely quick too. One of my regular spots for Vietnamese food.
I am definitely a regular here
Con: The basil did not look fresh and I wish I had checked it more thoroughly before eating anything. I unfortunately found the lower half of a bug in the pho while eating. I wanted to check if it really was a beetle, so I let it dry out over night and can confirm it was a beetle from the legs. I was grossed out finding that in my vegetarian pho. I threw it out without eating anymore because I started feeling nauseous. Later, I found another review with a photo of a bug on the vegetables that looks a lot like what I imagine this bug would have looked like still alive. Pretty bad experience finding that my dinner was marinating in at least one beetle, so I will not return or recommend Pho Saigon Pearl. Pro: Service was great. Staff were helpful and accommodating to my vegetarian diet.
I would first like to start off by saying that I have always really liked Pho Saigon Pearl. I’ve been to this location a hand full of times as well as the Spectrum location. However, last night I ordered a #13 pho with pork and immediately started feeling sick after. Once I drove home it was non-stop vomiting and diarrhea all night accompanied by a high fever in the morning. Prior to this meal I had brunch 7 hours before and a friend who I shared a meal with did not have any symptoms so I’m fairly certain it was the pho. I thought the service was very nice and I like the location but this one time was very painful.
I ate there last week with a friend and had the ribeye with rice, which was quite good. Of the 15 pieces there were two that were on edible because they were fatty and I could not chew them. My colleague had the pho, and with filet mignon. I would go back here to eat again, and the atmosphere was quite pleasant.
Great pho spot at Diamond Jamboree!! The modern ambiance in this small yet well-kept place is inviting. The service is lightning-fast, and there's an older gentleman, perhaps the owner or manager, personally thanking everyone – a lovely touch. The pho was an absolutely delicious, and what stood out for me was the option of a kids size!!!! – Our daughter LOVED IT. Surprisingly, I didn't find the need to add my usual lime and condiments; the flavors were spot on. The only drawback is the challenge with parking during peak hours at Diamond Jamboree. Despite that, the overall experience was fantastic. Can't wait to be back and savor more of their delicious offerings! Highly recommend giving it a try. Parking: Depending on the time of the day, Diamond Jamboree can be tough to find parking Kid-friendliness: First time I see a Kid-Size pho bowl!! we loved it
Beef combo pho was quite good as was grilled meat bahn mi. Fried calamari was so-so in texture and portion size. Definitely would go there again and recommend.
