(Pronounced boon-bah-hway) A spicy pork-based soup that is served with spaghetti-like vermicelli noodles. Lemongrass, garlic, and our homemade chili oil help balance the flavor of this fiery broth. Well done flank steak, soft leg tendon, Vietnamese steamed sausage, and pork shoulder hock completes this traditional favorite. All are topped with sliced onions, fried onions, and cilantro.
