Our own phở long chef's special bowl is complete with rare eye-round, well-done brisket, tendon, Vietnamese meatballs, and oxtail. Our original beef stock is made fresh in our kitchen daily. The dark and rich flavors are enhanced by roasted herbs and various beef selections of your choice. Traditionally phở is made with only beef and served with flat rice noodles and a side dish of fresh basil, bean sprouts, cilantro, Chile, and lime.
