I was in there eating and then the owner got mad because I found a hair in the food and then told me to leave his restaurant and told me to go have a baby because I was fat
food is so good! customer service is . went in with my mom we go in a lot right as we walked in she told us she didnt have any more chicken saute and i called them about 5 minutes later and the husband answered and i asked if they had chicken saute and there was .i went to pick it up she tried lying saying her husband just got done with a batch for tomorrow even though she told us multiple times they prepare the same day!!. i got my pho but not happy with the service.
I've never been inside to eat so I don't really know how to rate atmosphere but the wonderful smells that come out of the pick up window are amazing. The sweet lady that takes my order and serves it to me is the best. I think they sell out of chicken Pho daily. Gotta get your order in early. You can smell and taste the authentic star Anise. I love to eat Chicken Pho if I feel a head/chest cold trying to get me. This usually helps me prevent or get over it quickly. My go to for Pho in Tri-Cities. There are others that are good but this one is pretty great. I haven't tried other menu items yet. Some day I need to try other food on the menu. I will say I've met the man here too, not as friendly as the woman but I don't interact with him as much.
Always the best chicken pho in town.
Horrible customer service. Staff was rushing us to order. Rude whenever we ask for more water. Starting and having an attitude. Rushing us to leave. First and the last time I will spend my money at this restaurant.
I’ve shown up during “business hours” seven times now and each time they have been closed early. One time I showed up with my family and the doors were locked but all the staff was inside. We’re starting to think this business is a front since it’s cash only and never open.
Pho was yummy! Make sure you have cash since they are cash only.
Delicious Pho and Vietnamese coffee. The restaurant is nice, clean, and enjoyable. The female that was helping us was super kind. The service was quick and the broth was the best I have tried so far. Plus, the Vietnamese coffee was a fun experience. Instead of being served the coffee already made, we saw an interesting drip technique. That is something I haven’t seen from other places. If you’re wanting to try a new place, I definitely would recommend. Especially if you’re in a hurry , they’re super quick.
The best pho in town. I 'm recomend to every one come out and try it... Parking: 30 spaces
Best Pho in Tri-Cities bar none. Fast friendly service. Their Pho is tasty, complex, but simple. Give it a try.
