The “Obama & Bourdain” noodle platter has grilled pork, grilled pork patty, rice vermicelli, pickled carrots and papaya, served with lettuce and fresh herbs. This dish is from Northern Vietnam made famous by Obama and Anthony Bourdain in during a visit to Hà Nội in 2016.
