Yummy!

Delicious pho. Asked for it to go and they gave me everything I asked for and more. It was one of the best pho I’ve had in my opinion. Ate it nice and warm even after it was to go.

**Updated**. I've downgraded the review to 1 star as the response from the owner is clearly a lie. This is the establishment... just look at the floor in my picture and compare against the other pics... it's the same black and white checker style. Shameful tactic by restaurant owner trying to deflect from poor quality. Sadly most Vietnamese places on Stockton blvd have decline dramatically over the last couple of years and Hoa Viet tops the list. Small portion size and avg taste compared to what it USED to be renders this a 2 star restaurant. It's sad because HOA VIET on Stockton used to be the go- to pho spot for many in the Asian community.

This has been a good place for a long time. The only negative in my book is that after the PANDEMIC they no longer stay open late night

First time eating at this restaurant. Good food. Prompt customer serice.. I would definitely come back to eat.
