Update 2/10/2024 I came back here over half a year later and order their bun bo hue again. It seems like they really improved it and their ingredients seem way more fresh! I really like their chilli oil. I brought a little bit of my own shrimp paste from home to eat their sliced jalapenos and to add to the bun bo hue soup There is just something about that salty (shrimp paste) and spicy (jalapeno) bite that is great bon bu hue. Their menu is huge! I took some photos of the menu, but not all of them. Something interesting about this place is that they offer alcohol also, such as liquor not just beer. I didn't order any so I can't comment on that. The servers were also extremely attentive and refilled our water probably 4-5 times! There is plenty of free parking outside. Previous Review: I think I have been here before to have pho, but I guess I never wrote a review! I came here again last weekend and I ordered my usual: bun bo hue! It has all the authentic ingredients that you'd expect from a bun bo hue, such as pig knuckles and blood jelly! It seems like they do not boil their bun bo hue soup with the pig knuckles, because the knuckles were very pale looking and did not have any flavor. I thought their bun bo hue was overall okay, but the soup was quite sweet to me. Good customer service, but I probably won't come here again unless no other pho places are open.
I haven't been back to my Chinese or Thai place since I came here.
Fast service. Friendly staff. They have a decent noodle soup for a cold day! They’ve been here for years and earned a spot in one of my go to pho places in the area. You can’t go wrong ordering their egg rolls (#60 on the menu).
Unexpectedly excellent Vietnamese food! When I arrived, all the staff and guests were Spanish-speaking. But the menu is authenticly Vietnamese. They have many unique dishes you rarely see outside Vietnam: bánh xeo pancakes, bo là lot grilled beef, Hu Tieu noodle soup, Bo Kho beef stew... and many more. I ordered the Bùn Mạng Vit, duck noodle soup. Delightful and light. The duck was perfectly cooked. No raw bits or overcooked tough meat- perfect! The restaurant is also clean and well decorated. Unfortunately, many "authentic" American Vietnamese restaurants are shamefully messy. Skip the Pho basement experience & head to Phở #1 A surprising gem in Catonsville! Make the trip!
First time eating there. The atmosphere has great, the service was excellent. And our dinner was perfect. Parking: This is inside a shopping center. They is plenty of parking exceptional at 8pm.
