Philz Coffee

The quality of coffee at this location is always perfect. I am beyond impressed by the staff, especially Jilly, who greets us with genuine kindness, and Harrison, who is skilled at encouragement. This Philz location is a special family!!

I have become a regular at this Philz in particular because of the incredibly warm and competent employees here. Jilly and harrison always greet me with a smile and are genuinely interested in how my day is going. they are concerned with making every coffee to the exact preference of every customer and always ask me if i like it after they make it. they are both hardworking and make this place feel like a home!! they deserve a raise!

Like do yall even care? This is not about the staff. The staff is always nice. But the company does not supply them with sufficient supplies. No cups for ice coffee. Lids don't fit cups. Straws are not compatible with lids. I mean how lazy a company must you be to not be able to pick supplies. I have spilled coffee on myself and in my cars thinking the lids would do their job. I should sue you all! I'm done with yall until yall get the incompetent person out of leadership that allows for this child like understanding of how to supply your customers with adequate supplies. Like seriously!
