Great place for date night or a celebration. Food is really good. Great spice and flavor. Drinks were great. White pearl sangria and the Kiss of the Dragon Sidecar (Hennessy) was really good. Our watress Chante was great. Very knowledgable and attentive.

I Do Fine Dinning All The Time, I Have No Prob Spending $300-500 On Great Food, But This Place Is Extremely Overpriced For The Sub Par Food, We Sent Multiple Things Back To The Kitchen. This Was Def A Catfished Restaurant...We Drove Over An Hour To Get Here And The Experience Was Blah At Best. NONE OF THE FOOD WAS GREAT...The Best We Got Were Prawns And They Werent "Great" They Were "Ok". i Ordered Crab Legs...They Were Small And Bland..The Sauce Used Was Boring...I Expected More. My Date Ordered Salmon...She Also Was Not Excited About Her Food After The First Bite. The Food Presentation Was On Point But Thats Honestly The Best Thing About This Restaurant. The Music Playing Is Awkward Elevator/Pop/Techno And It Doesn't Fit The Romantic Vibe. THE TABLES ARE WAY TOO CLOSE TO EACH OTHER. NO INTIMACY...We Couldnt Wisper Because Of The Blarring Music So We Had To Talk In A Way Were Everyone Around Us Could Hear Our Conversations. Neither Of Us Put A Dent In Our Food...We Sat For 30Mins With Food In Front Of Us And Then Asked For Boxes. The Bill Was Ridiculously High For Such Trash Food...Even The Rice Was Sub Par...Nothinng About This Experience Was Memorable After Paying The Bill We Felt Robbed...We Do Not Recommend This Place To Anyone Looking To Visit. We Are Never Coming Back Again. One Of The Most Over-Hyped/Overrated Restaurants Ive Dined At In Years... Trash! ZERO STARS! Good Servers But Everything Else Was Garbage

Philippe Chow single-handedly ruined Valentine's Day for dozens of couples across the DMV. Under no circumstances should you reserve a table here for a special occasion. It's already glorified Chinese takeout, but I was hoping for ambiance and good service. My boyfriend paid almost $400 wellllllll in advance to reserve a table for VALENTINE'S DAY. We arrived at 8:15 for our 8:30 reservation, only to later learn they were THREE HOURS behind! Whilst still taking reservations on open table! Worse yet, they initially told us they were only about an hour behind so we waited, then learned we could not be seated until 11 PM. But VDay was a Wednesday, and my man had work the next day. And then had the audacity to say refunds were at the manager's discretion! They offered nothing to compensate for their egregious failure! Couples waiting out in the cold only to be turned away. Very disappointing, and I won't be ever back.
