Joe's Special
This is a 'cheesesteak' in a bowl, w/o the roll. Not named after our founder Joey 'the stick' Kowalczyk, but one of our favorite customers. We grill the steak or chicken, and add whiz/ provolone/american/swiss on top of a bed of FRIES.
