This strawberry-orange milkshake IPA blends creamy lactose with a heavy oat hazy base, popping with ripe strawberry and zesty orange peel. It’s juicy, smooth, and a perfect balance of IPA and milkshake.

A lager that we have a hard time fitting into a specific style category. It's just our house lager. A slightly malty, super crushable, kissed with hops, beer tasting beer. We love this one and welcome it's return every single time we make it.

This one's pretty cool. While our familiarity of citra and amarillo is abundent, Alora is a new for us. Alora contains a highly aromatic oil that's pretty unique in hops called selinene. Selinene is a compound that has a distinct citrus charcter found in yuzu. Chok full of aromas and flavors like citrus, peach, and passionfruit.

Your Abuelita's hot cocoa, made better - Chocolate Hills: Mexican Hot Chocolate is here. Creamy notes of cinnamon, marshmallow, and chocolate swirl in this 8% Mexican Hot Chocolate-Inspired stout. Please note, this one contains lactose.

We consider this one a GOAT here at Phase Three. It's one of our favorites. A super smooth base beer brewed with creamy oats and pilsner malt, drenched with our beautiful citra hops. Tropical, fruity, smooth, full bodied mouthfeel.

When you're ready for more than Pixel, get some Double Pixel. A beefed up version with a higher ABV and even more citra than it's little brother. Everything you enjoy in Pixel, plus more.

An all-star hop combo of Citra, El Dorado, and Vic Secret. Juicy fruit, pineapple, and ripe mango on a base beer brewed with silky oats and frothy wheat for an IPA version of a tropical smoothie.

We'd like to introduce our first releases of 2025: Kentucky Hugs. The Kentucky Hugs (2024) pack contains four (4) 12oz cans - two (2) cans each of the barleywine (13.7% ABV) and stout (14.3% ABV).

Our yearly tradition continues with one of our favorites. Our Irish Red Ale is medium bodied, malty, but slightly dry, and perfect to have a couple cask pulls to wash down your corned beef and cabbage or root on your favorite basketball team.

A new hop for us, Krush, paired perfectly with citra and cashmere. zesty citrus, ripe peach, and juicy melon on a a beautiful dense, yellow hazy base.

This 6% stout was inspired by a delicious tropical latte from a cafe in Maui. Brewed by the women, for the women of P3 & made to be an easy-drinking sipper bursting with bold flavor. Creamy coconut & freshly roasted coffee blend harmoniously while ube adds a luxurious mouthfeel and rounds out the tropical vibes. Meaning a woman of strength, power, and independence - we brewed this beer to celebrate the strong, powerful, & independent women we have on our team at Phase Three. Woman-owned & employed, this one means a lot to us.

Black Friday this year is for stouts - introducing our new collaboration with local bottle shop The Open Bottle - Monotype. This uniquely rich 12% imperial stout is layered with vibrant prints of espresso, caramel, and chocolate chips. Think, espresso martini, in beer form.

Crispy, creamy and hoppy. A base of crackery pilsner malt, creamy flaked and malted oats fermented with German lager yeast & lightly dry-hopped with German Saphir hops.

A crispy clean lager with flavors reminiscent of lightly toasted bread, a touch of citrus, and herbal tea. A craft lager for every day drinking. American-Style pilsner is lightly-hopped to provide great balance to the malt. This beer isn’t hoppy or malty, it’s just simple at its core. Load up your icebox with these crispy boys!

The same hazy brew you know & love with an updated look. Our flagship hazy IPA Pixel Density is now PIXEL. Featuring 100% Citra hops, enjoy notes of lime peel, tropical passion fruit, and pulpy grapefruit.

A couple months back Heady Cup, a coffee roaster from nearby McHenry, dropped off some beautiful coffee for us to sample. One thing led to another and we decided to try out some of their beans in Proper Trollied. After a cupping at their roastery we decided to go with their Flo, a medium roasted coffee blended from Central and South American coffee beans. Their chocolate forward coffee on top of our easy drinking, flavorful Dark English mild. Flavors reminiscent of chocolate latte and fresh baked biscuits.

What started as a test to see if we could actually put out a style that's goes against the modern, hoppy, high ABV, adjuncted, beer that ISN'T a lager has proven itself time and time again. This English Style Dark Mild has made it's way into seasonal core lineup. The most flavorful 3.8% you'll have. Notes of cocoa powder, biscuits, and subtle notes of dark roasted coffee. This one's typically featured on cask at our Elmhurst spot, if you see it on, trust us and get a pour.

Life is all about the journey, not the destination, and this journey brought us together with our friends over at Blind Corner Brewery to build a big, chewy, 12% imperial stout with coconut and peanut butter. Join us in finding joy in the pursuit.

A beer style that divides, yet we are here to bring some unity. The matly character of a traditional vienna style lager is combined with a small portion of cherry wood smoked barley. Sweet, but relatively subtle smoke character with notes of toasted bread and preserved strawberries. Easy drinking and in our opinion, one of the more perfect lagers to drink when the weather is cold.

Crisp as a salt-kissed breeze and clear as the mountain stream, this beer lands sharp with a punch of citrus and pine, a bold nod to the hop forward early days of craft beer where the West Coast reigned supreme. As each sip fades into a clean, bitter hush–like the last light sinking into the lakes–it leaves behind the refreshing reminder of community and the shared passions that fuel the heart of this industry.
