Geo is a West Coast Pilsner hopped with Citra and Mosaic. This hybrid pulls from the strengths of our hoppy and lager side of expertise. Dry, hoppy, bitter, quenching, delicious, and memorable.

Our yearly tradition continues with one of our favorites. Our Irish Red Ale is medium bodied, malty, but slightly dry, and perfect to have a couple cask pulls to wash down your corned beef and cabbage or root on your favorite basketball team.

P3 Oat Lager is back! The best of all the worlds - crispy, creamy and hoppy. We took a base of premium German malt and packed it with creamy flaked and malted oats to amplify the body, but still kept it crushable. We let it ferment with German lager yeast, resulting in a 5.5% ABV, then lightly dry hopped it with German Saphir hops while conditioning.

Pixel Density is our flagship Citra-only 6.5% Hazy IPA. Notes of grapefruit, lemon and soft-orange atop a smooth, pillowy body.

What started as a test to see if we could actually put out a style that's goes against the modern, hoppy, high ABV, adjuncted, beer that ISN'T a lager has proven itself time and time again. This English Style Dark Mild has made it's way into seasonal core lineup. The most flavorful 3.8% you'll have. Notes of cocoa powder, biscuits, and subtle notes of dark roasted coffee. This one's typically featured on cask at our Elmhurst spot, if you see it on, trust us and get a pour.

A couple months back Heady Cup, a coffee roaster from nearby McHenry, dropped off some beautiful coffee for us to sample. One thing led to another and we decided to try out some of their beans in Proper Trollied. After a cupping at their roastery we decided to go with their Flo, a medium roasted coffee blended from Central and South American coffee beans. Their chocolate forward coffee on top of our easy drinking, flavorful Dark English mild. Flavors reminiscent of chocolate latte and fresh baked biscuits.

Life is all about the journey, not the destination, and this journey brought us together with our friends over at Blind Corner Brewery to build a big, chewy, 12% imperial stout with coconut and peanut butter. Join us in finding joy in the pursuit.

A style that we love for it's drinkability. Built from a blend of North American malted barleys and hopped up with Pacific Northwest grown Amarillo and Mosaic hops. Pink grapefruit, berry compote, and sour diesel.

Perhaps our favorite triple hazy IPA we do. This is all Citra, all in—dumping heaps of mango, grapefruit, and a lime twist into a thick, foggy pour. It’s big, juicy, and smooth, with the dry hop dialed up to 11 out of 10.

A beer style that divides, yet we are here to bring some unity. The matly character of a traditional vienna style lager is combined with a small portion of cherry wood smoked barley. Sweet, but relatively subtle smoke character with notes of toasted bread and preserved strawberries. Easy drinking and in our opinion, one of the more perfect lagers to drink when the weather is cold.

A multi grain base beer designed to create a delicate, pillowy beer to load up with a beautiful combo of tropical hops. Bru-1, Citra, and Sabro. Big pineapple notes, with ripe stone fruit and citrus, rounded out by creamy notes of coconut.

This 6% stout was inspired by a delicious tropical latte from a cafe in Maui. Brewed by the women, for the women of P3 & made to be an easy-drinking sipper bursting with bold flavor. Creamy coconut & freshly roasted coffee blend harmoniously while ube adds a luxurious mouthfeel and rounds out the tropical vibes. Meaning a woman of strength, power, and independence - we brewed this beer to celebrate the strong, powerful, & independent women we have on our team at Phase Three. Woman-owned & employed, this one means a lot to us.

It's Back! Double Dry-Hopped Oat Cream Hazy Double IPA crafted in collaboration with our good friends at Other Half Brewing. Featuring Motueka, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin hops, imparting notes of delicate zesty lime, tropical citrus juice, and refined vinous white grape that float on the extra soft & creamy mouthfeel provided by plenty of oats & a splash milk sugar for a super dreamy hazy.

This strawberry-orange milkshake IPA blends creamy lactose with a heavy oat hazy base, popping with ripe strawberry and zesty orange peel. It’s juicy, smooth, and a perfect balance of IPA and milkshake.

A lager that we have a hard time fitting into a specific style category. It's just our house lager. A slightly malty, super crushable, kissed with hops, beer tasting beer. We love this one and welcome it's return every single time we make it.

This West Coast-style pale ale rolls with Pacific Sunrise, Citra, and Amarillo—Pacific Sunrise lays down a crisp pine and stone fruit base, Citra spikes it with grapefruit and mango, and Amarillo rounds it out with a mellow tangerine lift. Mostly clear with a subtle haze, crunchy, with a bitter snap that makes it hard to put down.

One of our favorite hazy DIPAs we do featuring Citra and Amarillo—Citra brings mellow mango and a citrus juice, Amarillo adds soft tangerine and a hint of peach. Beutiful, dense haze, easy-drinking, and smooth, fresh squeezed juice vibes.

A German-style dark lager with notes of roasted nuts, toffee, and subtle cocoa powder. Easy drinking, but full of flavor and perfect for cold Winter evenings.

A blend of midwest malted barley with a heavy focus on orange pulpy Simcoe with support from lemony centennial and a little bit of tropical forward citra in the kettle. Straw colored, with just enough sweetness to balance the bitterness.
