THE BEST PHO IN THE WHOLE COUNTY. their service is very traditional so expect to get up and have to ask the counter for anything once food is at your table, or catch staff walking by. I've tried countless dishes, all amazing besides ones I personally did not enjoy just cuz my tastebuds. Their Vietnamese coffee, boba and milk teas are to die for and is ALL priced reasonably. I've been going here for years and will forever recommend them. 100% traditional food. Must try in Windsor for sure.
Appalling bad service. Was ignored for close to 10 minutes before finally going to the counter to order.. after already having had to go to the front counter to get a menu to read while I waited that 10 minutes.. food did come quick once ordered, and the quality of the food was excellent. Wait staff though pretty much ignored me after the meal as well as I had to get up to ask for to go container and bill. This place could be five stars if the staff were a bit more attentive.. I will return since the food was great, hopefully service improves (especially because it's not busy at all there's only like two other tables occupied currently)
The food was delicious and you received a lot for your money. Make sure if you don't want spicy food, let them EXPLICITLY know.
The service was great and very friendly. But the foods we ordered were too salty and could not finish/enjoy. They were fried rice and crispy noodles.
We came around 4ish, place quite empty, food come within 10min. The servers wear company uniform with apron which adds to the professional touch. Traditional self writing order in the paper and pay the bill at counter. There is no scan to order option. We ordered large spring roll $10 (4pcs), for the small one $7 so figured the large is a better deal. The deep fried spring rolls had rice vermicelli n pork filling. Its the best one i have eaten so far, pork is soft tender n no after taste and its crisp overall. They helped to cut into 3slices per pcs which make it easier to eat and served with small raw vege with lettuce carrot radish n dipping sauce. Im big fan pad thai every place i go. Their house pad thai had a modified version with long beans and also served with one slice of sunkist orange. Overall pad thai with chic & shrimp is ok, the beancurd is a lil hard for me. Chicken is cooked perfectly, they give a few small shrimps as well. Service can be improved by having servers to walk around the tables to check if water needs to be refilled. Parking: Wide parking spots inside plaza
The lunch was really good...I always enjoy the wonton soup.
I ordered make your pho soup over the phone. And I asked specifically for rare beef. I called them back. And I told them that they did not include any rare beef. There was a couple of pieces of well done beef in my soup. When I called back. They left me on hold for 5 minutes and then I finally spoke to someone and they said that I could come back and get a completely new soup with rare beef. When I finally drove all the way across town and brought the soup in, she inspected it and then told me that the beef was already in the soup. I told her that I ordered rare pieces of beef. she argued with me for over 10 minutes telling me that I wasn't allowed to get my money back. I was not getting another soup and that rare beef means "small slices of beef". Everyone knows that rare beef means raw beef. And I never asked for well done and it was well done. She was incredibly rude. She was talking over me and offered me a 13% discount on my next order but not a refund which I thought was disrespectful to even assume that I would come back. I basically spent on just rice noodles and some tripe. When it could have easily been solved by providing raw beef on the side and moving on with our day.
Was having a rough morning and stopped in for some chicken Pho. Hot and delicious served with a friendly smile. Made me feel so much better too!
