They NEVER HAVE accurate hours but are guaranteed to have an accurate hour TO when they close, says 2PM. Good food, but their service is straight TRASH!. Also says they open at 9:45AM, got here at 9:25AM their were 2 people waiting outside, 9:45 & I see 2 other people walk up, they all go in the restaurant, I waited 20 minutes for them to "open" just for him to say "it won't be open for another 20-30 Minutes", so all the employees arrived at the time you were supposed to open? You guys might as well just open at 11AM since yall don't know how to tell time. They also don't have a working phone to even contact them.
The old man used the towel he cleaned the table to wipe both the Sriracha and oyster bottle and tip of bottle. That was nasty. Bad service and wait time is too long. Took 20 minutes to be seated and 45 minutes to get our noodles. Don't waste your time and money on a place that can't even turn on the lights for their customers. Don't waste your money here.
we have been waiting for 1+ hour at the table and the food has not came out. service is poor with a bunch of retirees working extra slow. dont come here if you are hungry. extremely slow service! must be only one person making the pho bowls in the back. we have a table of 10. only 1-2 bowls came out at a time and by the time my pho came out, everyone was done eating. the thing is that management here dont care either!!! also the pho is not even worth it here.. the broth is very bland. this business dont know how to do business whatsoever.
Water and coffee so nasty plus phở have hair
They bring me a noodle without cooking. I had a bad stomachache.
Love the pho here, just wish they were open later, best pho in town
Was referred to this place after asking multiple locals "Where is the absolute Best Place to get pho in Sacramento?" I knew it was going to be good but damn, I cannot go anywhere else for pho after this meal. Its located in a strip mall and they have limited hours for breakfast and lunch. Walking in, there were no menus to be found so I just ordered what I usually get when craving pho, Pho Dac Biet. They have a small and large size. Their Viet Iced Coffee was great too; great pho and coffee at the same venue is hard to come by these days . Bay Area folks coming through Sac after Tahoe, dont have to look further, come here for your stopover when craving pho after snowboarding!
