Phở 88 Noodles & Grill

I’m a regular at this place because I work right down the street and love Vietnamese cuisine. I always order the same thing and I never get anything different. This time unfortunately I was given an incorrect order. When I called the store to explain I got the wrong food and request a refund(only 13$) The very rude cashier told me that she doesn’t know how to give refunds and I would have to wait until the manager got there in 3 days. I called again after 3 days and she told me the manager doesn’t come in often and she doesn’t know how to give refunds. After I insisted that’s ridiculous and to please try and contact her manager she rudely hung up the phone. Not only will I never spend my money here again because of the rude service I hope they train all there workers on the cashier and find a less rude cashiers.

Food is delicious. Our party ordered a variety of Pho and other dishes. The atmosphere is great. I would eat here again.

Saturday 11:30, but more open

I visited this week and when I walk in the establishment, I was not greeted or even acknowledged. A couple walks in behind me and they were greeted and seated she deliberately overlook me because of the color of my skin.. Did she know that when you were in a presence of royalty you treat them as such therefore her treatment will be her demise of their establishment. Not only that as I leave out of the building, a Vietnamese family walks in, and when they see me, one of them screen is almost red out the door, as if I was trying to attack them. My ancestors to Rise and demolished this establishment to there is no more.. it is so

My friend and I took a Pho Ga (chicken) and a Pho Cai (vegetarian). The base soup for both of them taste the same. We recommend adding some chilli sauce for an enhanced flavour. The tofu wasn't oily at all and had a decent texture. The ambience was calm even though it was full at the time. I think the price was a bit too high for what was served.

I wanted to love this place but the broth had no flavor, service wasn’t good, and nothing tasted fresh.

They took our order, made us wait for more than half an hour to tell us they didn't place our order and asked us to leave as they were closing. They neither acknowleded nor apologized for the inconvenience but rather began screaming when we politely expressed our frustration. The older lady at the counter was extremely rude and short from the beginning to not just us but also to other customers. Extremely rude staffs with horrible customer service. Never coming back!
