P.F. Chang's

This location has gone downhill over the past few years. There is such a high turnover rate. The food was ok but was a little burnt. Overall, it could have just been a bad night to visit. Next time I come visit I will update. Parking: The parking has always been a problem.

My wife and I dined at PF Chang's for the first time last night, and they exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, we tried the Calamari and Crab Wontons which both arrived quickly and were hot and fresh. For our entree's we had the Fire Braised Short Ribs and the Miso Glazed Salmon. Both items contained generous portions and the flavors were bold, distinctive, and very memorable. I also tried the Japanese Old Fashioned which arrived at the table with a top and the drink was infused with smoke, great presentation! The service was top notch, we were greeted quickly with a smile and felt very welcomed, the server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had about the menu, our drinks and appetizers came out quickly and the other items were timed perfectly. We didn't feel rushed at all, a very relaxing and enjoyable evening. The manager was kind enough to stop a couple times to check how everything was which was very nice. The atmosphere and ambiance topped the evening off, the music selection had a nice house vibe, the lighting was right on, not too light or dark, the color scheme and open dining area complimented each other perfectly. We have 2 young children and don't get out very often so, thank you to the staff at the Syracuse PF Chang's for an amazing dining experience!

I had an issue with picking up an order sat here waiting for 43 mins by the time I was finally able to speak to a manager he continuously smiled and chuckled like it was funny saying I can cancel it nothings stopping me from canceling it. The worst absolutely the worst customer service I cannot believe this is how this place is ran ! The absolute disrespect
