I think this PF of Changs location needs to start testing their employees for substance abuse. Our waitress was very air headed. She kept coming back to ask our order again because she "forgot". She did this about 4 times on different items we had ordered. You can tell she was out of it. It was annoying and unpleasant.

The food quality was ok. But the quantity and service wasn't that good. Tables were dirty. They always charge 20% Gratuity on your bill in advance which wasn't worth.
Expensive but not worth. Will never visit again.
