Above average Italian restaurant. Staff is friendly and services were excellent.

all was good except they charged $3.50 to split a small Cesar's salad onto 2 plates...could not believe it.

Food was amazing. The veal ossobuco was amazing. Melt in your mouth! My wife got the linguini with wild boar and that too was very good. The red sauce reminds me of my grandmothers homemade sauce

We didn’t have a reservation but they were more than happy to get us a great spot! The lobster fettuccine is one of the best meals I’ve ever had! Our server anta was kind funny and efficient! I wanted a little pick me up and she recommended the pistachio martini it was delish

Peppercorns grill is certainly a special place the food the atmosphere ,and the service. my waitress was amber ,and she certainly made my night special with her great service the food was amazing and so were the drinks. I got the rigatoni allá vodka and the tagliolini with saffron and shrimp. I would highly recommend going to peppercorns. I hope my review helped you.

What a gem in downtown Hartford! We had a fantastic meal here and I will absolutely be keeping this spot in mind for dinner before or after a show at The Bushnell. We visited the day after Valentine’s Day, so we were able to take part in their crab and burrata salad, as well as their fig and ricotta special appetizer of the day. We were so impressed at how tender the veal ossobucco was, and the ravioli I had were so unique in an orange citrusy sauce. Our homemade biscotti even came with chocolate truffles made in house! Our server was very professional and attentive, and the restaurant was so beautifully decorated. Since this was my first time, I’m not sure if it was decorated just for Valentine’s Day, but it definitely was a nice vibe for our date night!
