Pepper Sisters serves a mixture of scratch-made flavors from the American southwest along with unique dishes inspired by how these recipes meet the Pacific Northwestern palate. We are open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday every week, featuring cocktail and dessert specials with seasonal ingredients. Southwestern cuisine developed over the years from the blending of foods traditional to indigenous people, Mexicans, and white settlers, with Pepper Sisters' roots coming primarily from New Mexico. There is an emphasis on earthy flavors of chilis, beans, and corn with a few spicy dishes, bringing something special to the vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and carnivorous diet. All entrees are served al la carte with sopaipilla and honey butter.
