Penny's Diner

We been there around 10AM for breakfast and after been seated we wait 1:20 to get our meal....That is not acceptable!!!

I find it so fun when the establishment keeps a diner style atmosphere and character I see how this is an original and still very popular spot to try out in this town.

We did not stay. Lady handed us a QR code and walked away. We are seniors don't do QR, no one in sight. Saw a handwritten board, no menu's, no customer service we left. Went to Freddy's. Lost revenue because of no menu.

Waited an hour for food Today, because they were short staffed It's sad that the the cook was trying so hard to keep up and do the impossible work of 2 or 3 cooks ....

The fish and chips were the only redeemer at Penny’s. We arrived after the lunch rush and the staff was focused on cleaning up; they were cordial, though not attentive to our needs at all. My biggest takeaway from my review would be a comment to management about the fact that the menu can only be accessed via QR code on a phone. My service was slow and I was not able to load the menu. The only paper menu available was a poorly printed copy that very hard to read. Although the menu is written across the top of the walls, it’s really challenging to read. It would be better practice to have at least a few real menus instead of assuming everyone has a phone that can scan the menu.

They don't have printed menus. It's written on the walls, but from our table I couldn't read it. They also have the option of looking on one's phone. The waitress was not friendly. The food..I had a French dip, and the meat was like chewing jerky.

I regularly go to this place and the food is good. Yesterday I went with my mother and I had a club sandwich. I think they need to check the meat or reevaluate the lettuce that they have because I have food poisoning now I’m not sure what the cause of it is but the only food that I had yesterday was from this establishment, overall it is a good diner to eat at this is just a one time bad experience please make sure to check your product so we don’t get other customer sick

Wonderful breakfast and lunch place

The attitude was a little hard to take,the food was blah and the tattoos were scary. Other than that I won't be back.

2 hours for food and super slow service. They automatically add gratuity on ALL orders. Tip extra accordingly. They also don't give you a receipt. Def not coming back
