This place was slow as heck. 1 customer ahead of me and it took the 3 employees working over 20 minutes to make 1 sandwich. It was clean inside and food was ok but I was so hungry by the time it came out I barely tasted it. Won't be back.
"Unfortunately, my recent experience with Penn Station East Coast Subs was extremely disappointing. The sandwich I ordered arrived with an empty bread, which was quite frustrating. I would caution others to consider ordering in person to ensure the quality of their order. It's essential to receive the value expected, especially when working hard for one's money."
I know it is of course not the employee’s fault for the pricing, but if I am paying $20 for a wrap, fries and a drink, I would expect my wrap to be cut in the middle and wrapped properly as to not fall apart. There were virtually no other customers in the store and they could have taken the time to do it properly. If you’re going to charge so much for lunch, give your workers a raise so they prepare my food better
There was a pile of coupons at the register and I was told they do not accept coupons. I would not recommend.
Had a grub hub order. Sandwich was wrong. Called and “manager” said to contact Grubhub and to “not get smart” with her. Worst customer service ever. Got my sandwich refunded by Grubhub but still hungry. Highly recommend new management if they want to stay in business because I will be telling EVERYONE about the shoddy customer service. They’re overpriced anyway.
Twice we had take out and both times it was wrong when we got home. The place is dark and when I asked if they was open (because the open light was not on) it seemed the pearson in charge didn't care.
