Hands down the best Penn station around.

This location always makes a great sandwich. Super friendly staff, great food!

Young kids working there don't have any respect for work. Just clowning around. My food was ready and it took. 15 minutes for one of the guys gave it to me while clowning around the guy wrapping or putting the lettuce and condiments. Grabbing fries. And Eating it. While working whoever is manager is not putting attention to those. Young kids.

Loved watching them early in morning getting ready for the day

I saw my sandwich sitting after it came out of the oven for about 5 minutes while employees went about other business despite being one of 2 customers in the store. When I finally said something they seemed to get mad at me for asking if that was my sandwich sitting there.

Went in to eat orders large Philly with medium size fry and ended up getting a small portion manager says they scooped in a cup then pour them on the basket the fries are cold they let it sit not cook to order and sandwich had everything cooked separate was a good place idk what happened maybe late in the day workers tired i don't know but very disappointed

Ordered my Philly cheesesteak with mushroom onion and jalapeno. One jalapeno 3 mushrooms. And they forgot to fries on our combo meal. They kept skipping over my wife to take care of everybody else that was their friends in the building. Penn station on colerain avenue is horrible. The people just do not care. I'm beginning to start thoughts of not eating out ever again. Seems like a screw job every time. September 3rd between the hours of 3 and 4:00

Michael greated me immediately as I walked in. The entire line of workers tonight were really polite and working together to crank out what they needed to. I’m a sucker for good service so thank you !!! ❤️
