Peking Aroma

Delivery took well over an hour. When it arrived share box was cold. Curry was literally so thick it was like slime with oil sat all over the top. Soggy chicken balls. Meat was like chewing a flip flop complained not for a free meal but because it's not acceptable to take money from customers and serve up meals I wouldn't give to my dog and was told they weren't going to refund as they know the food came to me good! Lol won't order again and will recommend others to do the same! * I don't know how to reply to your response but definitely don't expect to wait an hour and 45 mins when it says 45-55 mins on the site, adjust the times if your busy so people know. No apologies for the cold food! And looking at your reviews I'm pretty sure other people do complain you just can't take criticism

The chicken had dark green lines going through it . Disgusting, we just threw it in the bin without even eating any of it. The worse Chinese I have ever seen ( didn’t risk eating so can’t comment on the taste)

Absolutely terrible Chinese . The worse crispy duck I have eaten . It was full of fat, gunky and a runny bitter plum sauce . I couldn’t eat the food .

I'm a first time customer of this Chinese takeaway, because my usual shop is closed on a bank hol weekend Sunday night. I ordered from here after checking out a couple of other shops whose prices were astronomical - £35 for my one meal with a couple of sides and delivery. I ordered from Peking Aroma because the price was reasonable, then I checked the reviews - big mistake!! So I wasn't expecting much to be honest. Well!! I can report my meal arrived a few minutes past the estimated delivery time so a big tick there. It was hot and it was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and bonus - the portion was so large I have enough left overs to have it again tomorrow. Based on my experience of other Chinese takeaways I've tried round town I have to say this has been one of the best. I'll definitely be back. Oh and the delivery fee was very reasonable too.

I would give no stars if I could. And to read the disrespect of the replies of other people’s reviews is a joke. DO NOT GO! Absolutely disgusting would 100% not go back, ordered salt and chill chicken what we received was batter with 0 seasoning, with salt and chilli chips I’ve had spicier pieces of toast Absolutly vile. Rice tastes like it’s been cooking since 1876. I then rang the restraint and explained and asked for a replacement I got hit with Absolutly terrible customer service telling me I’m a liar when I was willing to send proof. He had 0 manners and wasn’t a nice person at all and should not have a job dealing with customers and especially cooking food. Id rather eat out my bin than eat from here. Only benefit you won’t get food poisoning as there’s no meat in the chicken batter to get it from . Will not be returning my meal is now in the bin as even the dog bowl wasn’t good enough.
