PEACEMAKER LOBSTER & CRAB is the passion project of Chef Kevin Nashan. Inspired by his time spent cooking and living in New Orleans and his travels along Maine’s rocky coast. The menu features seafood flown in fresh every day, prepared as creative interpretations of coastal favorites like lobster rolls, Poorboy sandwiches, seafood boils, chowder, gumbo and seasonal desserts.
