Known as Crying Thaiger. This dish is primarily made with flank or skirt steak. We think its even better using korean cut beef short ribs. Marinated with lime juice, palm sugar, fish sauce, white soy sauce and ground pepper. Served with a side of stir fried chili oil garlic Bok Choy jasmine rice with (Namchim chaeo) Dipping sauce (powdered chili, coconut palm sugar, roasted rice powder , lime juice, fish sauce)
