If you're craving an experience that's part Willy Wonka, part science lab, and all deliciousness, then Patent 139 Brewing Co. is your culinary playground. Nestled in the heart of flavor innovation, this brewery is a gastronomic delight waiting to be discovered. Let's start with their flagship dish, the "Eureka Eats": Imagine if Einstein decided to cook instead of theorize, you'd probably end up with something like this mind-bending masterpiece. It's a fusion of flavors so unique, you'll think your taste buds have joined a secret society. From the tang of citrus to the umami of miso, every bite is like solving a delicious equation. And speaking of equations, let's talk about their brews. The "Quantum Quaff" is like drinking the solution to Schrödinger's cat dilemma—both alive and dead, and yet somehow refreshingly hoppy. If you've ever wondered what a particle accelerator would taste like, this is it. But wait, there's more! The "Pico Poutine" is their take on Canada's comfort food classic. Picture this: crispy potato wedges smothered in a gravy so rich, you'll want to dive in and swim. And just when you think it can't get any better, they sprinkle it with cheese curds so fresh, they could've been milked yesterday. And don't even get me started on their dessert, the "Nanobite Nibbles." These tiny treats pack a flavor punch that's out of this world. From the gooey goodness of their brownie microclusters to the ethereal delight of their mini cheesecake quarks, every bite is a journey to the center of yum. So if you're ready to embark on a culinary adventure that's light years ahead of the competition, head over to Patent 139 Brewing Co. and prepare to have your taste buds blown. Just remember, in the world of flavor, there are no patents—only delicious discoveries.
Inaugural visit early Sunday afternoon, entered to a quiet bar w only a few people. Neertender Tom was so courteous and attentive!! I think he came down to us four times! Bringing us samples, beers and twice just to check on us if we needed anything else? Loved the neighborhood lake view! Although I don't care for picnic tables that you can't move the seat bench, their thoughtfulness for padding for the bench seat made up for it. How has nowhere else done this? Thanks Patent 139! As I glanced around I noticed the Traeger grill in the corner... assuming they potentially do grilling? Maybe not but I like the thought! Notice the railing between the picnic tables and bar... it's some fun artsy look to It. The space is really comfortable. Although I didn't peruse them they do offer quite the selection of guest taps. I like that the merch is all tucked away in a little closet. Parking was pretty easy w a strip mall lot. There are a few tv's hung about. Thanks Patent 139 for a comfortable place to grab a local beer poured by the delightful Tom, cheers!
More of a taphouse than brewery. Only had 3 of their own brews on tap when we visited. The beer quality is just serviceable. Neat atmosphere there.
Great place to meet friends, or just hang out with a cold beer and maybe have something from the kitchen.
Food was so impressive. Tasted like homemade BBQ sauce on wings, excellent tri-tip French dip sandwich. Great variety of beers
Great atmosphere and location. Great service & very friendly staff even though it was very busy. Parking was somewhat of an issue as there are so many businesses in the complex and not quite enough parking spots
Good beer and GREAT food. The Brussel sprouts are to die for delicious as is the feta and avocado dip. They have a pretty good TV set-up and two outdoor TVs. We were able to bring our dog and sit on the patio. Great place to visit!
Dog (patio) and people friendly. Good atmosphere, setting. Down to earth. Great food. Favorite shareable is the feta dip.. I can eat brussel sprouts by myself. Yummy burgers and wings. Great beers on tap. Aiden, Kayla and Lara…nice and they remember people.
